Today we are off on a city tour of Budapest. Our panoramic tour took us by all the major sites of Budapest. Among those -The Matthias Church, the National Parliament Building, the Chain Bridge, and ending up at the Fisherman's Bastion for a photo stop. 

It was a hot day in Budapest - around 90 degrees! The tour guide was very informative but I think folks were ready to get back to the ship. Once on board, we "set sail" for Vienna!  The approximately 120 mile trip would take us about 26 hours. Following lunch, many attended the presentation regarding upcoming optional tours, etc. Following the presentation, most folks took naps until the Captain's Welcome Cocktail in the Cabaret Lounge. Following the cocktail hour, we attended the Captain's Welcome Dinner. Lisa and I were invited to sit at the Captain's table. It was quite an honor! Here's a selfie of me at the table as well as a picture of the pink roasted Veal Tenderloin (with tomato confit and herb risotto).

Today was a great day in Budapest!!
